Natasha is a cosmetic tattooer based in Durham, North Carolina specializing in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing. She moved down south from New York City where she started her career as a makeup artist and continued onto working and managing backstage at Fashion Week and editorial photo shoots. With her keen eye for perfection and strong background in makeup artistry, cosmetic tattooing felt like a natural progression and she started her journey into permanent makeup in 2015. Her business and clientele grew quickly and in early 2020 she opened Sanctuary Beauty Collective, a collective space for likeminded artists. Natasha is fully certified by the state of NC Department of Health and Human services to perform permanent makeup and paramedical tattoos. She is constantly furthering her education and has trained around the world with some of the best educators in the industry.

In her personal time, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, true crime and traveling.

Anna is a cosmetic tattoo artist with a strong background in art and graphic design. She grew up surrounded by tattoo shops and began getting tattooed at a young age. Graphic design was something that she grew up doing regularly, and during her brief stint in college, she spent her time taking various art classes. After spending time abroad in Paris, France she came back to the Fayetteville area and found a position in a tattoo shop. After a year of learning the ins and outs, she discovered cosmetic tattooing and never looked back. Since beginning her training she has invested all her time and energy into growing her skill set and expanding her knowledge in the permanent makeup industry. Anna has thrived in this career due to her perfectionist nature, dedication, and strong client relationships. Her number one priority is making people feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin. Anna is fully certified by the state of North Carolina Department of Health and Human services to preform permanent cosmetic services. 

In her personal time, Anna enjoys exploring museums, reading, and traveling.

Our Services

  • Our signature technique and most highly requested service. Powder brows (also called Ombre brows) are suitable for all skin types. They’re designed to heal as a soft powdered finish. Layers of pigment are lightly dusted into the skin to create a soft borderless finish or a more defined brow, depending on the look you would like to achieve. We can subtly enhance the shape of your brows by adding an arch or correcting asymmetry to give you the perfect frame for your face.

  • During this procedure we will be adding color to the lash line, not only will it make your eyes pop it will also makes eyelashes appear darker and fuller. Thickness and color can be customized for each client. Perfect for all skin types - however in order to achieve the best results it is recommended stopping the use of any lash serums at least 3 months prior to procedure.

    Unfortunately we do not offer bottom liner at this time.

  • This procedure is designed to enhance your natural lip color for that “just bitten” look. With zero harsh lines and healing them takes less than a week, it’s the perfect service for the makeup minimalist or if you just want a little something without the effort!

Please note that refresher appointments are recommended every 3-5 years. Touch-ups are normal and are to be expected for cosmetic tattoo procedures. Permanent makeup is not meant to fully replace your makeup.

Our clients health is our number one priority, and for your safety, we will not perform any procedure on clients who are not eligible.

Please review the contraindications list below before scheduling your appointment. You are not eligible for the permanent makeup procedure if you:

  • Are under the age of 18 years old 

  • Are diabetic

  • Are pregnant or nursing

  • Are epileptic, or experience fainting spells or seizures

  • Have allergies to pigments or makeup

  • Have Glaucoma and/or are taking blood thinning medications

  • Have active skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis on the area to be treated

  • Have active skin cancer in the area to be treated 

  • Experience post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation

  • Have undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated

  • Have transmittable blood conditions

  • Have mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure

  • Have taken accutane within one year

  • Have had radiotherapy or chemotherapy within 40 days of treatment
